Story Times for Children
MONDAYS at 3:30 pm: Music and So Much More Story Time for all ages. Come in for stories and songs during this fun and active library story time. On break as of May 28, to return in the fall.
TUESDAYS at 10:30 am Baby Bookworms infant lapsit for infants ages 6
weeks to 18 months and their caregivers. It’s a snuggly story time.
TUESDAYS at 10:30 am Chicken Little's Story Time. Enjoy story time at the library. Suggested for ages 18 months to 3 years and their caregivers. On break as of May 28, to return in the fall.
WEDNESDAYS at 10:30 am: Little Red Hen’s Friends Story Time for preschoolers and their caregivers. It’s time to sing and listen to stories.
THURSDAYS at 7 pm: Blankets, Books and Slippers PJ Story Time for
children and their caregivers. Join us in your PJs, get comfy and listen to a story.

Programs for Young Adults
TUESDAYS at 3:30 p.m: Absolute Otaku Angels, the Anime-Manga group for
teens, meets every Tuesday. Email mcconnells@stls.org for additional information.
WEDNESDAYS at 4 p.m: Pokemon players and trading card group: Come to your local spot for Pokemon competitions. Bring your cards and video game devices and get your game on! Email mcconnells@stls.org for additional information.
EVERY OTHER THURSDAY at 6:30 pm: The Torn Page Writers Group for
teens meets every other Thursday. The group displays a shared passion in creative writing. Members bring pieces to read, or just show up and listen to others

Friday’s Free Film @ the Library
Selected Fridays starting at 7 pm. Doors open at 6:45.
The Southeast Steuben County Library has acquired a site license that ensures
copyright compliance when showing feature films. Our high-quality digital projector, audio system and large pull-down screen let us convert the Laura Beer
Community Room into a comfortable theater. Hearing loop makes sound crisp for those with T-coil hearing aids or cochlear implants. For more details about the hearing loop click here.

Creative Writers Group
Returning for another season is the Adult Creative
Writer’s Group. Inject some socialization into your solo writing time by coming to the library for conversation, inspiration and feedback on writing projects.
No sign up is required. This group meets on the first Wednesday of each month
from 4-6 pm and the third Thursday of each month from 6-8 pm. Participants
are welcome to attend one or both sessions. For more information, please
