Emotional Commotion

This program will provide mental health information and resources for adults, and hand-on activities for children to explore emotions through movement, story, and creativity.

• Dr. April Hortman will lead storytimes and activities for Preschool & Early Elementary children from 10:30 to 11:30 in the Mary Lu Walker Childrens Room.
• NAMI Steuben will have an information table in the Library lobby from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM for adults to inquire about programs and resources pertaining to mental health in Steuben County and New York State.

There is no need to sign up, just show up.

The program is done in partnership with the Southeast Steuben County Library and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Steuben and Unbound Counseling and Consulting.
