Spring 2026 Friends of the Library Book Sale | Day 1 : Members Only day
The Friends of the Library Spring 2026 Book Sale takes place from April 25 – May 2, 2026, at the East Corning Fire Hall, 11873 East Corning Road, Corning, New York. Find your favorite books, music, movies, puzzles, games and more among the 30,000+ items being offered. All proceeds benefit the Southeast Steuben County Library.
The sale starts Saturday, April 25 with a Members Only day from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM. If you aren’t already a member of the Friends of the Library, you can join at the door: $5 for an individual and $10 for families.
The full sale schedule is as follows:
Saturday, April 25 – 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM, Members only. This is the best day to look for those rare finds!
Sunday, April 26 – Noon-5:00 PM, Open to the public.
Monday, April 27– Thursday, April 30 – 9:00 AM -7:00 PM, Open to the public.
Friday, May 1 – 9:00 AM -5:00 PM, Open to the public.
Saturday, May 2 – 9:00 AM -3:00 PM, Open to the public. This is box and bag day: $5 and up for a box or bag (depending on the size).
Cash or check only. No credit cards accepted. The Friends of the Library are required to collect NY State sales tax; if you have a tax-exempt form please bring it, as we must charge tax without it.
