Drop in every Tuesday for a simple craft to make and take home.

These storytimes will include stories, songs and fun but will also focus on the skills needed for Kindergarten. Suggested for children ages 3-6 years.

This year's fifth book presentation for Books Sandwiched In will be "Careless People: A Cautionary Tale of Power, Greed, and Lost Idealism" by Sarah Wynn-Williams and is presented by Michaela Rossettie Azemi.

Writing can be a lonely pursuit, but it doesn’t have to be. Join a group of fellow writers for conversation, inspiration and feedback. The Corning Adult Writer’s Group has been encouraging and supporting fellow writers for over 12 years.

The Coffee, Tea & English Book Club is intended for international people. The book is chosen by the facilitator with the group’s needs and language skills in mind. Participants read on their own and then meet weekly to discuss the material as prompted by prepared questions.

On Thursdays, between 10AM and 3PM, homeschoolers can skate at the Nasser Civic Center Ice Rink for a reduced rate of $3, with a skate rental of only $1 (if you don't have your own skates). There will be no homeschool ice skating discounts on December 25th or January 1st.

On the first Friday of each month, Adult Services Librarian and published Author Michelle Wells will post a new review of a book she has read. See what a writer is reading!

Every Friday afternoon through June 7, Miss Sue will show a new movie for kids. All the films will start at 3:15 PM and will be rated G or PG.

Led by Dungeon Master Robin, this gathering is suitable for ages 13-17. All levels of experience will be welcomed in this safe space.

Enjoy ice skating at the civic center ice rink and then watch a movie on the big screen at the Library.
Skating is from 4-6pm, followed by the movie promptly at 6:15 PM.
