Join Miss Sue at 10 AM in Centerway Square in downtown Corning, every other week from Tuesday, June 10 through Tuesday, August 19. In the event of rain, the storytime will take place at the Library in the Mary Lu Walker Children's Room.

This is a group for English language learners, an informal, relaxed time to practice speaking English in small groups with a native speaker.

Learn to create your own coloring pages, even if you’ve never drawn before. The easy step-by-step process will have even the non-artist creating beautiful designs right away.

Exercise those brain cells with a game of Scrabble!

Drop in every Tuesday for a simple craft to make and take home.

Join Miss Sue as we watch award-winning author and summer reading champion Katherine Applegate talk to us about her enthusiastically heartwarming novel in verse, Odder.

The Southeast Steuben County Library will be the site for a Red Cross blood drive. If you donated blood at a previous Community Blood Drive at the Library, you are safely eligible to donate again at this drive.

Join us for an American style Mah-Jongg group. Whether you are an experienced player or would like to learn, join us and check it out!

Writing can be a lonely pursuit, but it doesn’t have to be. Join a group of fellow writers for conversation, inspiration and feedback. The Corning Adult Writer’s Group has been encouraging and supporting fellow writers for over 12 years.

Join us as we are visited by the Tanglewood Nature Center. Staff will read the book, "Vincent Paints His House" by Todd Arnold, and four animal ambassadors will join everyone for the visit.
