SUMMARY:Emotional Commotion
DESCRIPTION:This program will provide mental health information and resources for adults\, and hand-on activities for children to explore emotions through movement\, story\, and creativity. \n• Dr. April Hortman will lead storytimes and activities for Preschool & Early Elementary children from 10:30 to 11:30 in the Mary Lu Walker Childrens Room.\n• NAMI Steuben will have an information table in the Library lobby from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM for adults to inquire about programs and resources pertaining to mental health in Steuben County and New York State. \nThere is no need to sign up\, just show up. \nThe program is done in partnership with the Southeast Steuben County Library and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Steuben and Unbound Counseling and Consulting.

DESCRIPTION:Coyote has a razor-sharp wit\, but he’s a little confused about what he sees in the sky. Join this amusing character (adapted from American Indian oral traditions) in a fast-paced and fun full-dome show that explores lunar phases\, eclipses\, and other puzzles. Engaging and immersive\, Earth\, Moon\, Sun also examines how humans learn through space exploration.\nThis 30 minute show will be followed by a 15 minute star talk where they will point out the visible constellations. \nThe program takes place at the Digital Dome on the SUNY Corning Community College Campus. \nWe will meet at the Digital Dome. Miss Sue will pay the $4 admission for the first 25 attendees\, both kids and parents or  caretakers.\nAfter that\, people will have to pay the $4 admission fee themselves.
