Remember: submitting a request does not guarantee you will be able to get the room wanted, for the purpose you wanted, on the date and time you wanted. Every request must first be reviewed for adherence to meeting room policy, and calendar availability.

The Library has four (4) versatile meetings spaces available for public use.

The first is the Laura Beer Community Room, with a capacity of 99 people. The room has an expandable wall that allows it to be divided into two parts:

a Large part (capacity 69 people) and

a Small part (capacity 30 people).

The final space is the Conference Room, with a capacity of 20 people, and virtual meeting equipment as well as an 80″ diagonal Smart Board.
